MAUDE SANG-AN TABIGUE, MD: Making Cebu City proud<\/p><\/div>\n

The Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Cebu has commended and congratulated MHAM CM product, Dr. Maude Sang-an Tabigue\u00a0in a Resolution No. 14-1406-2017 during the\u00a0regular SP session\u00a0held at the Cebu City Session Hall last March 21, 2017.<\/p>\n

The two-page resolution, which was moved by Councilor Sisinio M. Andales and seconded by Councilor Nendell Hanz Abella, resolved to commend Maude S. Tabigue, MD, for the exemplary and exceptional achievement in garnering the 4th place of the March 2017 Physician Licensure Examination, thus, making Cebu City proud.<\/p>\n

Interview with City Councilor Sisinio Andales at the Cebu City Hall<\/p><\/div>\n

In a recent interview with Cebu City Councilor Sisinio Andales, he reiterated that he always see to it to pass a resolution commending Cebu City board topnotchers and their respective schools for seven years now. As his third term as a City Councilor,\u00a0he also stated that the City of Cebu has passed an ordinance by giving a monetary award to Cebuano resident-voters who excelled in any field.<\/p>\n

“This resolution is to give recognition to the school concern and to the topnotcher herself as a raw model and inspiration to others. Moreover, this is to encourage other Cebuano residents to excel in any board examination from the PRC or the Supreme Court”, <\/em>said Andales.<\/p>\n

The regular session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod was attended by Vice Mayor Edgardo Labella as the presiding officer, Councilors Eduardo Rama Jr. as the Presiding Officer Pro Tempore, James Anthony Cuenco as the Majority Floor Leader, Jocelyn Pesquera as the 1st Assistant Majority Floor Leader, Raymond Alvin Garcia as the 2nd Assistant Majority Floor Leader, Sisinio Andales as the Minority Floor Leader and Eugenio Gabuya Jr. as the Assistant Minority Floor Leader. Other members who were present were City Councilors Nendell Hanz Abella, Pastor Alcover Jr, Alvin Arcilla, Jose Daluz III, Mary Ann de los Santos, Joel Garganera, Margarita Osme\u00f1a, David Tumulak, Joy Augustus Young and Phillip Zafra.<\/p>\n

The motion was resolved after the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released its official result for the March 2017 Physician Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Zamboanga.<\/p>\n
