MHAM Multipurpose Cooperative ventures E-Cash Pay Center with blessing and soft opening

Welcome to MHAM Multipurpose Cooperative E-cash Pay Center

The MHAM Multipurpose Cooperative successfully held the blessing and soft opening of the E-cash Pay Center at the MHAM Multipurpose Cooperative Office last September 18, 2017 in the afternoon.

The new enterprise, which was initiated by the new set of board of directors, is considered as a new endeavor of the 4-year old cooperative and a new venture to expand to the needs of time in the midst of electronic innovations.

Officiated by Rev. Fr. Daniel Mata, the blessing rites was attended by some of the MHAM Multipurpose Cooperative board of directors who incessantly accepted the challenge to uplift the lives of its members together with its quality services.

The E-cash Pay Center is One Shop Stop Remittance Center which caters four major services such as remittance or e-cash, bills payments, ticketing and e-loading. These services are part of the major endeavors that the new set of board of directors and its officers are trying to invest for more sustainable multi-financial services to all the MHAM Multipurpose Cooperative members, students and alumni.

The new Gen. Manager, Mr. Jarvis Prochina with the new board of directors including its Chairman, Mr. Pedro Pañares; Secretary, Director, Dr. Arlene Diaz; Director, Dr. Carlito Astillero; Director, Dr. Allan Librando; and Director, Mr. Francisco Bacalla graced the blessing rites and are challenged to perform their duties and functions with the hope that each will become strength for one another for the benefit of all the members by venturing the E-cash Pay under the Unified Products and Services, Inc.

According to the new Gen. Manager, Mr. Jarvis Prochina, the E-cash Pay Center will become a venue to students and employees for an easy and hassle-free ways of remittance, bills payment, ticketing and cellular phones loading.

“This is the first business endeavor and investment of our cooperative since we took over and we are looking for other possible means on how we can seek ways to improve the quality services for the benefit of all” said Prochina in an interview.”

Tie-up partners for the remittance services include M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, MoneyGram and IRemit while Palawan Express Pera Padala is still being processed. The ticketing caters both local and international shipping and airline fees while electronic loading caters regular, special and international load for smart, globe and sun users.

Keeping the goals to uplift the socio economic and spiritual well being of members, to provide quality services in response to the members’ needs and to seek ways and means in achieving inclusive development, the MHAM Multipurpose Cooperative’s mission is to sustain as a cornerstone of the cooperative’s multi-financial services. Initiated in 2012 but became operational in 2014, it is designed as a cooperatively-owned enterprise addressing the needs of the members and their families in the next decade. Today, the cooperative is in pursuit to gaining additional members especially from the alumni and other possible stockholders.
