March 2017 Physician Licensure Examination 4th Placer, Dr. Maude Sang-an Tabigue has been honored by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Cebu during its regular session at the Cebu City Session Hall last April 18, 2017 in the afternoon.
The MHAM team was duly acknowledged and applauded as its graduate-topnotcher was honored for placing the fourth spot in the recent PLE as resolved through a Resolution No. 14-1406-2017 which was moved by Councilor Sisinio Andales.

Having been commended by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, MHAM alumna-topnotcher Dr. Maude Tabigue expressed her gratitude to the City of Cebu for the great privilege and honor she had earned.
“I may not be a native Cebuano but Cebu City has been my home for the past six years. I am honored to have been given recognition by the Cebu City Sangguniang Panlungsod. By extension, giving recognition as well to my Alma Mater, MHAM College of Medicine. I am grateful for this rare opportunity. To God be all the glory”, said Dr. Tabigue.
Presided by City Councilor James Anthony Cuenco, the regular session was attended by Councilors Sisinio Andales, Pastor Alcover Jr, Jocelyn Pesquera, Mary Ann de los Santos, Jose Daluz III, Phillip Zafra, Raymond Alvin Garcia, Joel Garganera, Joy Augustus Young and Eduardo Rama Jr.
Joining the 26-year old MHAM product at the Cebu City Session Hall were Board of Trustees and Corporate Treasurer, Dr. Carlito Astillero; HR Director, Mr. Pedro Pañares and Internal Affairs Director, Mr. Jarvis Prochina.
A full scholar recipient under the founders’ scholarship grant, Dr. Tabigue finished Doctor of Medicine as Magna Cum Laude, beaming with pride as a MHAM graduate. (Ana Liza Abao)
