Step 1: Enrolment
- Visit www.mham.edu.ph and select Online Enrolment and download the enrolment form.
- Proceed to the Registrar’s Office at the ground floor, ask for your study load and fill up the enrolment form.
- For returnees, kindly proceed first to the Registrar’s Office at the ground floor for re-evaluation.
Step 2: Payment of Tuition and Other Fees
- Pay the enrolment fee to any of our designated banks found below through over–the–counter transaction under Account Name: MATIAS H. AZNAR MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF MEDICINE.

Step 3: Random Drug Test and Psychological Test
- Submit for random drug testing at MHAM Clinic and psychological test.
- Pay the drug test fee to MAHM Diagnostics.
- Pay Psychological Test Fee of P1,500 to the any of our designated banks found above through over–the–counter transaction under Account Name: MATIAS H. AZNAR MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF MEDICINE.
- Submit result of the random drug test to MHAM Clinic.
- Result of your psychological test shall be forwarded by the Guidance Office to the Dean’s Office.
Step 5: Submission of Enrolment Form.
- Kindly submit your filled-up enrolment form at the Registrar’s Office.
- You are considered officially enrolled at MHAM College of Medicine once you have submitted the filled-up enrolment form.
Step 6: Validation of Enrolment
- Proceed to the Student Account Section (SAS) at the Accounting Office and show your original receipt of payment for tuition fee for validation of your enrolment. Also send a scanned copy of your original receipts as proof of payment to [email protected].
Step 7: College Annual Fund Fee
- Pay the College Annual Fund Fee at the Student Council’s Office.
Step 8: Study Load
- Secure your study load at the Registrar’s Office.
- Make a photocopy of your study load and present it to the Professor when attending classes in the first week.
